Suggest a better description1 Heat oven to 375 F. Brown meat with onion and spices
2 While beef mixture is cooking, mix beans, garlic, salt and chili powder together. Spread the bean mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
3 Next, spread the cooked beef evenly over the bean layer. Continue with an even layer of sour cream, then cheese, then olives and bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese melts.
4 After taking out of the oven, sprinkle tomatoes over the top
5 Enjoy with tortillas or chips
