1. In medium sized bowl, beat cream cheese, lemon juice, Italian dressing and garlic until smooth.
2. Spread cream cheese mixture into deep 9 inch pie pan or other similar dish.
3. Evenly spread hummus on cream cheese layer.
4. Top with cucumber, tomato, olives, feta cheese and green onions. Cover and refrigerate 2-24 hours.
5. Serve with pita chips.
