In a clear glass bowl, layer: lettuce, carrot, onions, tomatoes, peas, and egg. Concentrate ingredients around the outside of the bowl and fill in the middle layer with lettuce.
In a small bowl, mix the mayo, sour cream, and sugar. Put on top of the egg layer.
Add bacon and end with the cheese layer.
You can also add salt and pepper to the tomato and egg layers as you go.
