Beautiful salad that is great for potlucks.
Classic
In small bowl mix miracle whip, sour cream, sweetener, dash of garlic salt, and cayenne pepper. Set aside.
Starting with the lettuce, Layer the first 8 ingredients in large, clear glass bowl. Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper on layers as you go. (You can reserve some of the eggs and bacon for garnish if desired).
Gently spread the miracle whip topping across the entire top of the salad, sealing it to the edges of the bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Before serving, garnish with bacon bits and eggs if desired.
