Beat cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth. Spread evenly in a dipped serving plate or pie plate, about 9". Cover with crab meat and then seafood sauce. Sprinkle cheese, onion, green pepper and tomato on top. Cove with plastic wrap and chill until serving. Serve with chips or crackers. Makes 12 Servings.
