Aunt Sharon's Christmas casserole
Use a 9x13 greased glass dish. Place bread as a liner in the bottom of the dish then cheese and sausage. Sprinkle these evenly over bread. Mix together, in a separate bowl, eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over the bread, sausage, and cheese. Chill OVERNIGHTS. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
