Grandma Usala's recipe
In a 17x15x2" baking pan, place onions, potatoes, carrots. Top with chicken. Combine garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, wine, and chicken stock; pour over chicken. Dot with bits of butter.
Bake in a 500* oven for 50-60 min or until chicken is lightly browned, turning pieces once or twice. Serve with salad and French bread.
