Suggest a better descriptionCook egg noodles according to package directions and brown hamburger.
Warm spaghetti sauce; stir in cottage cheese, mozzarella and cooked hamburger.
Fold in noodles. Pour into 9x13 casserole dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
To use as a freezer meal, cook the noodles for half of the directed time. Don't use Parmesan until just before baking. Cook for 1 hour from frozen at 375 degrees.
This recipe can also be divided into two 8x8 or 9x9 pans.
Healthy options:
Omit the hamburger for a meatless option.
I have found whole wheat noodles work well in the recipe.
