Bake 375 oven for 1-1.5 hours. Depending on the size of your potato. So check. if knife slide in nice that are done.
Cut each potato lengthwise, scoop out inside, leaving the shell.
Mash the potatoes, adding milk as needed, until smooth and fluffy
Add butter. and salt and pepper to taste.
Put mashed potatoes back in the shells. Add whatever topping you would like.
Return to a 400 oven. bake about 20 minutes till golden brown.
