INSTRUCTIONS
You made buy the Yosidas Marinade and Sauce or create a similar marinade
Combine all the marinade ingredients. Mix until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Add the chicken and marinate, overnight is best.
Cook in the oven, pouring some of the marinade over chicken to cook @ 350 for 1.5 hours OR until chicken is Done, and Tender.
Cook remaining marinade on stove to let THICKEN AND REDUCE. . This sauce should be a THICK sauce. Pour remaining reduced marinade over chicken before serving over rice.
Serve over rice. Cook rice according to package for 1 cup of rice per person.
