Pre heat your skillet or oven. Oven may be used if you have big pans.
Place bread in a deep dish and pour milk over bread. Set aside
In a Lg. mixing bowl, combine ground beef, pork onion, spices together. Squeeze most of the milk out of the bread and crumble into the meat mixture. Dust your hands with flour, scoop into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
Add the meat into hot skillet, or pan( if using oven), Cook covered until done, turning halfway thru.
Take the meatballs out and save the juice, and drippings.
TakeMake a Roux using your butter and flour, then add in juice from meatballs that are cooked, Slowly add in beef stock, stirring constantly. Whisk until smooth.
Add the Salt and pepper, heavy cream, and sour cream. Whisk until smooth.
Add in Salt and Pepper if needed to taste.
Bring to a low boil on med heat. Add in Meatballs.
Serve over cooked egg noodles
