Leah makes this dressing with fresh shaved parmesan and it is everyone's favorite!
Mash garlic with salt using the side of a knife blade to make a past (or with a mortar and pestal). Set aside. Combine lemon juice mayo, anchovy paste and pepper in a large bowl. Whisk in oil, parmesan, and garlic past. Mix with romaine lettuce.
