Egg Custard
Melt butter directly on the bread pan by placing on the stove. Remove. Add desired amount of brown sugar to be used as topping. Replace on the stove to melt making sure entire bottom pan is covered. Remove from stove and let harden.
Beat the egg yolks then combine the rest of ingredients in large mixing bowl. Pour into bread pan making sure first that topping has hardened. Place pan into larger and deeper pan and place into the oven. Add water into larger pan until half way up of the bread pan. Cook for an hour and re-add water if it evaporates.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
