Have all the ingredients ready (sliced or diced when necessarily)
Boil the rice
Fry your chicken fillets with 2 tablespoons of olive oil for about 10 minutes, then add 2 tablespoons of water and simmer for another 10 minutes.
In the meantime fry the onion with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, after 3 minutes add all the pepper (green, red and yellow) and tomatoes.
When the chicken is ready mix it with the vegetables.
Then add garlic, garlic powder, sweet pepper, salt and pepper.
Simmer until vegetables are soft enough.
Serve hot with rice.
If you want you can use different type of meat.
