Leeks for dinner.
Put the olive on a large pan and add the carrots after a minute. After a minute or two add the leeks and cook for 5-10 minutes till they get a little softer.
In the mean time mix the water, flour, salt and lemon juice. Add the mix to the pan.
Add the dried fruits and close the lid.
In about 10-15 minutes, add the rinsed rice and keep cooking.
About 15 minutes later the leeks and the rice should be soft enough, so you can take the pan off the stove.
Tastes better when served cold.
