Place apples into mixing bowl and chop 3 secs speed 4.
Set aside in a big bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and knead 2 min/lid locked - wheat
Add dough to chopped apples and incorporate with spoon, cover with a cloth and leave to proof and rise for approximately 20 minutes.
Cook fritters by spooning out one tbsp of mixture at a time into an oiled, hot fry pan, cooking on each side until golden brown.
TIP
Serve dusted with icing sugar.
