Saute vegetables and bacon (together or separately). Mix all ingredients in a LARGE bowl.
Form into 22 patties, approximately 160 grams each (9 Tablespoons of mixture). They freeze well: place on cookie sheet, freeze and transfer to Ziploc bags.
