Place flour and butter into TM bowl and process approx 10 seconds on speed 6 until mixture resembles breadcrumbs
Add the cream cheese
Set dial to closed lid position
Knead for 10-20 seconds on interval speed to form dough
Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and then use.
This is lovely to work with and it makes a delicious base for quiches.
