Heat the chilli con carne in the microwave until hot
when hot place a strip of the meat sauce in the middle of the wrap
place a strip of lettuce, tomato, grated cheese sour cream and avocado on the top of the wrap
roll up and eat
Make Fajita /Taco sauce by mxing cream with tomato sauce and add drop by drop tobasco and worcestershire sauce to taste.
don't just add the hot sauces as it may be too hot.
