This can be coked in the pressure cooker for a quick meal or slow cooker for a meal that doesn't need to be quick
Brown onion and lamb in a pan, if coking in the pressure cooker, you can do this in the cooker
If you are cooking in a slow cooker, you will need to brown meat in another pan
Add browned lamb and onion into cooker
Add stock and pour the tinned tomatoes over the top, ensuring the meat is covered
If pressure cooing, cook for 15 minutes
If cooking in a slow cooker cook on slow for approx 8 hours
Serve with mash and steamed Vegies
Cook mash in THERMOMIX using EDC instructions while steaming Vegies in VAROMA
