Cool potatoes. Add remaining ingredients. Make small walnut size balls. Refrigerate till cool. Roll very thin with rolling pin. Bake on griddle. Turn only one time; brown lightly. Serve with butter. Good spread with butter. Also good sprinkled with sugar or cinnamon or sugar.
