Pre heat oven to 250 oC
Cook rice, drain and cool
Warm the left over curry in a pan with a little bit of water
Use a knob of butter to grease the oven dish then sprinkle with the turmeric
Fry onions, cloves and salt and pepper in the oil until brown and crispy
Layer rice, curry, onions and almonds in the baking dish finish with a layer of rice
Dot the top with butter, cover with foil and bake on the bottom of the oven for 50 mins
