Not a big casserole person- this one is done on your stove top! Use your leftover turkey or chicken, leftover noodles too, with whatever veggies (frozen or fresh) you have on hand. Even the pickiest eaters love it!
Easy- easy- easy!
Prepare the Alfredo Sauce per directions on the package.
Add in some cooked noodles, turkey or chicken chunks and fresh (washed) spinach.
You may use any other veggies (to substitute) that you may have on hand- green beans, peas (fresh or frozen is fine!) Mix together.
Cover to let the spinach wilt down. Cook over medium-low until all ingredients are warmed (about 10-15 minutes).
If it's too dry- simply add in more milk, butter and garlic powder.
