Suggest a better descriptionOriginally this was a Salisbury Steak recipe. Then, having ingredients about the house that I wanted to get used up, one ingredient on the recipe became another; and that ingredient was replaced by that ingredient....and so on! SO...it became more of a Meatloaf, I guess; but for the sake of the call, Im gonna call it.. Dump everything into bowl and mix well. Put mixture in loaf pan and bake 45-50 minutes at 350 [uncovered]. Ta Da!! ***TVP= Textured Vegetable Protein. A protein source made out of soy. Completely fat and sodium free. Can be found in the health section of most grocery stores. I reconstituted 1 cup of TVP with 1 cup of boiling water. So, raid your cupboards, your fridge...and see what concoction YOU come up with!! Posted to brand-name-recipes by Abtaxel
