Simple twist on mac and cheese.
Cook pasta. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, basil, and beans. Drain cooked pasta and immediately mix in pre mixed ingredients and cheese, mixing in the mozzarella in last. Garnish with lemon zest.
If your not a big fan of citrus, less can lemon juice used. Add a little of the goo the beans came in and add red pepper flakes to taste.
