Simple and tasty salmon recipe

Preheat oven to 400 F. Pour wine into the a baking dish. Cut Salmon Filet width-wise into about 1-1/2 inch pieces and place evenly spaced in the baking dish. Melt butter and combine with the juice of half the lemon. Pour evenly over each salmon steak. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Slice the rest of the lemon into 4-6 slices, and place on top of each salmon steak. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve with rice or pasta.
