Suggest a better descriptionFor crust: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 13 x 9 baking pan with aluminum foil, leaving 1 inch overhang on all sides. Lightly grease the foil.
Combine flour, sugar and 1/2 tsp salt in processor. Add coconut and butter. Process until a fine meal forms and begins to clump; press into the pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until edges are golden.
For filling: Combine first 6 ingredients and a pinch of salt in processor; blend until smooth. Pour over the hot crust. Bake 20 minutes or until just set. Let cool. Dust with confectioners sugar.
