Cream butter, sugar and flour. Pack into 9x13 pan and bake for 20 min @350?. This is a very thick dough and has to be pressed w/your hands. Also, be sure to press it up the side of the pan about 1/2 in. Mix lemon juice, eggs, flour and sugar mixture, baking powder and salt. Pour over hot crust and bake 20 more min @350?. Cut into bars and sprinkle w/powdered sugar.
