Suggest a better descriptionTo make crust, mix butter, powdered sugar and flour, and pat with fingers into a 9x13 inch pan. (do not need to grease pan)
Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not overbake or let get brown.
*The original recipe calls for only 6 tablespoons of lemon juice - I actually use between 10 and 12 tablespoons because we love the lemony flavor!!!
Mix together filling ingredients (eggs, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, lemon juice) and pour over crust. Bake an additional 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar while hot.
Cut into squares after cooled.
