reserve 1 cup
take remaining mixture and put down into ungreased cake pan
bake for 15 minutes @350
mix together cream cheese, sugar, egg and lemon juice. pour mixture over baked cake and sprinkle reserve cup of crumbly mix on top
bake again for 15 minutes
let cool, cut into squares
