Sift 2 cups flour with 1/2 cup confectioners sugar into a 9 x 13" pan. Add 1 cup melted butter. Mix with a fork and pat smooth using the back of a spoon. Bake at 325-350 until slightly brown.
Mix the remaining filling ingredients and pour over the slightly browned crust.
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
