Mix butter, 2 cups flour and powdered sugar together and pat into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Beat eggs and the rest of the ingredients. Pour over cool crust and bake 25 minutes. After baking, sprinkle with powdered sugar, cool and cut into bars.
