Suggest a better descriptionCombine water, sugar, and basil.
Bring to a boil and cook for three minutes.
Strain the water, squeezing out as much liquid from the basil as possible.
Add water mixture to fresh squeezed lemon juice.
Add lemon zest.
Cool mixture down in refrigerator for at least one hour.
Once cooled put mixture into ice cream mixer for as long as is needed to make sorbet.
