Mix flour and salt, dredge chicken in the mixture. Brown in oil in a skillet. Drain chicken on paper towels and then place in slow cooker.
At same time, mix together the lemonade/lemon juice and sugar, brown sugar, ketchup and vinegar and heat in a sauce pan.
Pour over chicken and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.
Carefully remove chicken from the slow cooker and pour liquid out of slow cooker. Keep chicken warm in cooker or low oven.
Heat the sauce mixture to boiling and stir in the cornstarch and water mixture. Cook and stir until thickened.
Serve over hot brown rice (or white rice). Sauce goes on the rice and the chicken.
Leftovers- de-bone the chicken and mix with the rice and sauce (make more sauce if needed). Heat like a casserole.
Triple recipe makes enough for 12 people.
