Create mixture of butter, lemon juice and Crazy Jane's salt. Coat each piece of chicken with the mixture and place in a large bag or baking pan. Let it marinade for at least 4-6 hours - overnight is preferred.
Take chicken out of fridge 30 minutes prior to cooking. Start grill and keep on medium-low heat. Make sure you grease the grill first.
Slowly grill the chicken, turning frequently and each time basting with the leftover mixture. Make more if you need it - you can't baste it enough. You can also sprinkle more of the salt on the chicken as you go.
The skin on the chicken may get very dark - looking like it is burned - but it is the best tasting part of the meal.
