Combine all ingredients to make sause except lemon wedges and chicken. In a 9 x 13 inch disk pour the sause. Place the chicken on top of the sauce. Brush top of chicken with olive oil. Place the lemon wedges around the chicken. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with aluminum foil for 10 minutes.
Serve over rice with green vegetables.
