1. Coat grilling rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium direct heat. Blend lemon peel and juice, brown sugar, chives, olive oil, cumin and pepper in small bowl. Brush cutlets evenly with lemon mixture.
2. Place cutlets on grill. Grill, covered, 5 to 7 minutes per side or internal temperature of pork reaches 160.
