Suggest a better descriptionpreheat oven to 350. beat butter w/ stand mixer add 1/2 cup powdered sugar. beat til fluffy. Stir in zest & juice. whisk together flour and next 2 ingredients....gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture beating at low speed til blended. chill for one hour.
drop dough by spoonfuls 2 inches apart on parchment paper using 1 inch cookie scoop
bake at 350 for 13 minutes cool for 5 minutes
toss together warm cookies & remaining 1 cup powdered sugar in small bowl.
