In a saucepan mix first two ingredients. Gradually add milk & 1 cup water. Bring to boil, stirring. Stir small amount of mixture into egg yolks & put back into pan. Cook, stirring 1 minute. Cool. Beat in cheese & pour into crust. Chill.
