Suggest a better descriptionheat oven to 350. grease baking sheets with nonstick spray and set aside
in mixer, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, add vanilla, egg, lemon zest and juice
whisk together all dry ingredients except powdered sugar and add to butter mixture
roll balls of dough in powdered sugar. bake 9-11 minutes or until bottom begins to barely brown and cookies look matte
cool 3 minutes and transfer to rack
