Lemon Crumb Muffins
Muffin: Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt. Separately whisk eggs, sour cream, butter, zest, juice, mix in flour until just moistened. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Streusel: Combine flour, sugar and cut in butter until coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over batter. Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes (toothpick test). Glaze: Whisk together ingredients and drizzle over muffins.
