Great pancake breakfast that still has some protein in it.
Heat oven to 400. Place oven safe large skillet in oven with the 4 Tbl butter.
Add eggs, half and half, flour, vanilla, sugar to blender and blend well until combined, about 20 seconds
Add melted butter from skillet to blender and quickly blend again. Pour batter into pan and return pan to oven.
Cook for about 20 minutes, until pancake is puffed and sides are light golden brown.
Remove from oven and gently slide pancake out of pan with help from spatula. Let cool on cooling rack for a couple minutes.
Top with sliced strawberries and sprinkle with lemon sugar.
