Bake chicken coated in garlic and lemon pepper and drizzled with olive oil at 350 for 40 min or until done.
Dice red/orange pepper blanch in hot water. Chop sundried tomatoes and onion.
Boil bow-tie pasta. Lay a bed of pasta, cut up baked chicken and whatever assortment of veges you like. I usually drizzle some marinade that I reserved over the finished dish. Marniade = oil, garlic, lemon pepper
