Suggest a better description1. Season chicken. Mix together garlic, lemon zest + juice, chilli, honey and ground coriander. Turn the chicken in the marinade to coat.
2. Marinate in a covered, non-metallic dish for 2-3 hrs or overnight in the fridge.
3. Pre-heat oven to 200C. Roast chicken in the marinade for 35-40 mins until the chicken is tender.
4. Place the chicken breasts onto warm serving plates + garnish with fresh coriander + roast lemon wedges.
5. Serve with roasted vine tomatoes and couscous.
