1. Preheat oven to 300 convection or 350 regular oven.
2. Combine cake mix and lemon jello in a mixer.
3. Add 3 eggs and water. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
4. Add oil and beat 2 more minutes.
5. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
6. Bake 35-40 minutes.
7. While cake bakes prepare the icing.
8. Combine powdered sugar and lemon juice. Beat until smooth.
9. When cake is done, poke holes in the cake with a fork.
10.Pour icing over hot cake.
