Layer 1
Mix melted butter, flour and nuts together until well blended and crumbly. Press mixture in a 9x13" pan and bake for 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool
Layer2
Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip with mixer until well blended. Pour over cooled crust.
Layer 3
Mix pudding and mix with mixer until thick. Pour over cream cheese mixture.
Layer 4
Top with remaining cool whip and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
