Whisk egg whites and remaining sugar in a bowl until stiff peaks form; add to curd.
Fold gently until combined; set aside.
Whisk cream and vanilla in a bowl until stiff peaks form; add to curd mixture.
Fold until combined.
Spoon mousse into serving cups; chill before serving.
