Suggest a better descriptionAdd Onions , bay leaves, garlic , salt and pepper with Olive Oil,
Cook 3 to 4 minutes and then add the olives.
In separate skillet heat 1 TBSP of butter and add slices of lemon to slightly brown.
As they brown add them to the onions and olives.
Add 3 TBSP of butter to the skillet and allow to melt.
Add lemon zestand cook for one minute , stir in flour cook for one minute
Then add 2.5 cups of chicken stock , tumeric, cumin.
Stir in lemon juice and reduce the heat to low.
Add sauce to the onions, then add the chicken and reduce heat to low.
Couscous is separate dish
1 TBSP butter
1.5 cups Chicken broth bring to boil - Stir in couscous and turn off heat.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
