Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Simmer 12 wings covered in boiling in water for 15 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Spray foil lined cookie sheet with oil. Space wings on cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Turn wings over and cook 5 minutes more.
Remove wings and dip in lemon juice. Place on platter and sprinkle with Lemon Pepper.
