Boil chicken in water with bouillon for 15 minutes- 20 minutes, until tender (about 30 minutes if chicken is frozen)
Place chicken in a large casserole dish side by side (do not stack)
Make seasoning blend and season chicken generously.
Slice butter and place slices on top of chicken add more seasoning and cover with lid or foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes baste chicken with butter sauce created, uncover and bake at 450 until golden brown (another 5-8 minutes)
*On The Grill: wrap chicken after boiling with seasonings and butter in aluminum foil and cook on the grill for 20 minutes. Remove from foil but save liquid to baste, place on the grill until grill lines appear and continue basting with remaining butter sauce.
